Bob "ACE" Dillon is a made up character based on the movie "God's & General's" where Bob Dylan filmed a music video dressed in a similar way. Though not exact to the movie, this costume picks up the feeling of a long haired gambler, rambler riding through the scene after a Civil War battle.
