Pin Stripe Phil is peculiar man from Brooklyn New York transplanted down in Dallas Texas in the late 1920's. He is a piano player, and a darn good one. But the locals laugh at what he wears and how he talks. And if he could only leave the gin out of the sarsaparilla he drinks while playing, he probably could play better and get more tips.
